Headshots for a sales team that changes every month
Give every rep a headshot that matches the rest of the team, for LinkedIn, signatures and proposals. Ready about an hour after they upload.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
A sales team is the most photographed part of a company and usually the least consistent. Every rep has a LinkedIn profile, an email signature, a calendar booking page and a face on the proposal, and each of those pictures was chosen by a different person on a different day. Because sales headcount moves constantly, a group photo session is out of date within a quarter. Starkie Teams sets the look once on the organisation and gives each rep 40 headshots inside it, about an hour after they upload their selfies.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Sample headshots generated by Starkie from phone selfies.
The same face in every touchpoint of a deal
A prospect sees the rep before they meet them: a connection request, a signature block, a booking page, then the team slide in the proposal. When those four images are a cropped wedding photo, a conference badge shot and two different selfies, the impression is of a company that improvises.
Generating the whole team inside one style means the profile picture, the signature and the proposal slide agree, and because each person selects their own frame from 40, nobody feels handed a photograph they dislike.

Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Uploading 8 selfies

- 1Send a few selfiesSix to twelve photos from a phone, wherever the person is.
- 2We train a model of themA private model per person, built from those selfies.
- 3The style is already chosenThe backdrop and outfit the organisation set apply to everyone.
- 440 headshots, ready to approveIn about an hour. Approve, download, done.
Built for a team that grows mid-quarter
A sales leader creates the organisation, picks the style, then either uploads a list of new starters or drops one open link into the onboarding channel, limited to the company domain. Reps consent and upload from their phone, usually on their first morning, and have their headshots before their first outbound sequence goes live.
Automatic reminders chase the ones who forget, and the leader can nudge an individual or everyone still outstanding. Nothing about it requires a calendar slot, which is the reason it survives a hiring push.

Automate it from your own stack
Sales operations rarely wants another manual step. Each organisation can mint API keys with their own scopes and drive everything over JSON: create and invite reps in bulk, filter them by status, send reminders, grant a retry, pull a rep’s images or branded picture.
Signed webhooks announce invitation, upload, photos ready, approval and deletion, so a new rep record in the HR system can trigger the invite and the finished picture can be written back into the CRM without anyone touching a file.

Frequently asked questions
Can reps use these on LinkedIn?
That is the most common destination. Each person receives 40 frames and picks one, and if the organisation has a brand template a square or circular branded version is produced as well, at two sizes, ready for a profile picture.
How fast can a new rep be ready?
They need a few minutes to consent and upload selfies from their phone, and their 40 headshots usually come back within about an hour. There is no queue to join and no session to schedule, so a starter invited on Monday morning is normally done before lunch.
Can we stop a photo from being published?
Turn on approval and every set waits for an admin before the rep is told their photos are ready. A rejection goes back with a reason and a free second attempt, and only people who cleared review are in the organisation’s archive or gallery.
What does a fifteen-person team cost?
Fifteen reps means fifteen credits, which earns the first reduction of 20% against a $39 list. The next rung is twenty-five credits at 30%, worth knowing if the team is about to double.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
