Agency headshots for every agent, as the team changes
Give every agent a headshot that matches the agency brand, from selfies. Listings, portals and window cards stop looking like ten companies.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
In estate agency the agent’s face is part of the product. It sits on the listing, on the portal profile, on the card in the window and at the top of every message thread with a buyer. It also changes often, because agents join and move on faster than in most professions. Booking a photographer every time somebody starts is not realistic, so agencies end up with a wall of mismatched crops shot in different years. Starkie Teams lets an agency fix one look and apply it to whoever is on the team this month.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Sample headshots generated by Starkie from phone selfies.
One look across portals, boards and the window
A buyer meets the agency three or four times before they meet a person: a portal result, the agency site, a board outside a flat, a printed card. If the same agent looks different in each, the agency reads as a loose collection of individuals rather than a brand.
Everyone in the organisation is generated inside one style, so backgrounds and framing line up whether the photo lands in a portal profile picture, a property page or a printed sheet. Each agent chooses their favourite from the 40 they receive, so the picture still looks like them.

Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Uploading 8 selfies

- 1Send a few selfiesSix to twelve photos from a phone, wherever the person is.
- 2We train a model of themA private model per person, built from those selfies.
- 3The style is already chosenThe backdrop and outfit the organisation set apply to everyone.
- 440 headshots, ready to approveIn about an hour. Approve, download, done.
New agents are photographed on day one
The office manager invites a new agent by email or hands them the open link restricted to the agency domain. They consent, shoot a few selfies on the phone already in their pocket, and roughly an hour on they hold 40 pictures in the agency style, ready to go on their portal profile before their first viewing.
There is no next group session to wait for: credits live on the account and come off one person at a time. Reminder emails chase anyone who has not uploaded, and the office can send a direct nudge from the people page.

The difference
A shoot day, or an afternoon.
Booking a photographer
- Find a date the whole team can make
- Book a room and a photographer
- Chase the people who were travelling
- Wait for retouched files
- Start again for every new hire
With Starkie Teams
- Invite by email, CSV or one link
- Everyone uploads selfies from a phone
- Remote colleagues take part on the same terms
- 40 headshots each in about an hour
- New hires get the same style, whenever they join
Agency branding on the profile picture
Set up a brand template, meaning a colour, the shape of the crop, a ring, where the badge sits and the logo, and every eligible headshot is also turned out as a branded profile picture in two sizes, with nobody opening an image editor.
Change the template later and the branded versions are rebuilt for the whole team from the same source photos. It all comes down as one archive, a folder per agent, with a manifest listing what each holds, which is what makes a bulk upload to a portal or a CRM a five-minute job.

As it happens
Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Frequently asked questions
Our agents are never all in the office at once. Does that matter?
No, because there is no session to attend. Each agent takes part from their own phone whenever they have five minutes, and the results are still consistent because the style is fixed on the organisation before the first invite goes out.
What happens when an agent leaves?
Their data can be deleted, and the person themselves can request that from the private page in their invite. Credits already spent are not recovered, but nothing else is tied to them, so the next agent is invited and generated from the same stored style.
Can we approve photos before they reach the portals?
Yes. With approval on, a finished set sits in review and the agent hears nothing until it is approved. Sending one back gives them a reason and a second attempt that costs nothing, and the agency archive lists only the agents who passed.
How is it priced for a network of offices?
Every agent is one credit. List is $39, and a network that buys a hundred credits at a time takes 40% off that; two hundred and fifty takes half. Smaller offices start earning a reduction from the fifth credit onwards.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
