Re-photograph the whole company into the new brand
Re-photograph the whole company into the new brand in days, and re-render every branded profile picture when the colours change again.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
A rebrand replaces the logo, the palette and the tone of voice, and then runs into two hundred employee photographs taken against the old backdrop. Reshooting a company is the line item that gets cut, so the new brand launches with the old faces underneath it and stays half-finished for a year. Starkie Teams makes the photographic half of a rollout something that happens inside the launch window: one new style on the organisation, everyone invited, matching headshots back in about an hour each.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

The whole company, inside the new look
The style is a property of the organisation, so setting the new backdrops and outfits once applies them to everybody generated afterwards. The company can be invited in a single wave, or department by department if the rollout is staged, and the results still agree because they came from the same choice.
Everyone gets 40 frames and picks their own, which is what stops a rebrand from feeling like something done to people rather than with them. Anyone hired after the launch is generated inside the new style too, so the rollout does not start decaying the week it finishes.

New colours, re-rendered automatically
Branded profile pictures are the part of a rebrand that generates the most repetitive work: a new colour, a new logo, a new badge, multiplied by everyone in the directory. Defining the brand template once produces a branded picture for every eligible person at two sizes.
When the template changes, the whole set is rebuilt from the same source headshots, and progress is visible while it runs, so a colour correction two weeks after launch is a save rather than a project.

Sequenced so nothing goes live early
Rebrands have embargo dates, and the risk is a new-look photograph appearing on someone’s profile before the announcement. Turning approval on parks every finished set until someone releases it, and neither the gallery nor the archive carries anybody an admin has not approved, so the material can be generated well in advance and delivered on the day.
Sending a set back attaches a reason and a cost-free second attempt, useful when the complaint is that the backdrop is not the one that was signed off.

Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Frequently asked questions
Can we keep the old photos while we prepare the new ones?
Yes. Generating a new set does not touch anything you have already published elsewhere, and with approval on the new photographs stay inside the organisation until an admin releases them.
Does everyone have to be re-photographed?
Only the people you invite again, and each of them spends a credit. Many companies re-do the customer-facing teams first and extend to the rest of the directory as budget allows, using the same stored style so the two waves match.
How long does a two hundred person rollout take?
Everyone works in parallel from their own phone and each set usually finishes within about an hour of uploading, so the schedule is driven by participation. Reminders and the people page exist to close the last ten per cent.
What does a rollout of this size cost?
At two hundred people the account is past the hundred-credit mark, so the rollout runs at 40% off $39. Fifty more would reach half, the deepest reduction there is, worth a look if the rebrand covers subsidiaries too.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
