A corporate headshot is the plain, useful photograph a company needs for everything that is not marketing: the intranet, the badge system, the supplier portal, the slide with everyone’s face on it. It has no ambitions beyond being consistent, current and available for every employee. That last requirement is the one that fails, because a photo day only captures the people who were in the building. Generating from selfies removes the building from the equation.

From a phone

A few selfies in, a headshot out.

Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

One background, one crop, everybody

The value of a corporate portrait is entirely in its predictability. A directory, a slide or a badge template expects every image to behave the same way, and the moment two of them do not, someone has to open an editor.

Because the admin picks the backdrops and outfits once and every person in the organisation is generated inside that choice, the whole set arrives compatible. Each person still selects their own frame from 40, so consistency does not come at the cost of handing people a photo they dislike.

The catalogue

Pick a style once. It applies to everyone.

Backdrops and outfits are chosen for the organisation, not per person, which is how a pile of individual uploads comes back as one team.

Delivered in a format operations can use

Everything arrives in one archive: per-person folders, plus a manifest naming what each holds, branded profile picture included where a brand template has been set. That is enough for most bulk import tools, and enough for a designer building a slide without asking anyone for a second export.

For automation there is a JSON API covering members, their images and their branded picture, and signed webhooks for the moments that matter, namely a set finishing, a member being approved and a template being re-rendered.

Kept current without a second project

Corporate photo sets decay in a predictable way: the day after the session, hiring continues. Because credits sit on the account and the style is stored on the organisation, a person invited eight months later is generated inside the same look for the cost of one credit, without a session, a coordinator or a minimum group.

That is what turns a corporate headshot from a periodic project into a step in onboarding, and it is why coverage in the directory stops dropping every quarter.

The result

Everyone, in the same light.

Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Frequently asked questions

Can we choose how formal the photos look?

Yes, by picking the backdrops and outfits for the organisation before inviting anybody. That choice applies to everyone generated afterwards, including people invited months later.

How many photos does each person get?

Forty, usually about an hour after the selfies go in. Each person marks a favourite: that is what the branded profile picture is built from, and what the manifest records, while the organisation archive carries the whole set for every person.

Who can see an employee’s photos?

Only that person and the organisation’s admins, and only through a link that is signed and expires. Uploaded selfies are erased once the retention period is over.

What is the price per employee?

$39 at list. Every threshold the account passes lowers it again, the first at five credits and the last at two hundred and fifty, ending at half the list price for the largest rollouts.
