The team page is usually what delays the launch
Stop the team page holding up the launch. Every person supplies matching headshots from their phone, delivered as one ZIP for the designer.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
Website redesigns rarely stall on design or code. They stall on content, and inside content the worst offender is the team page: forty people, forty photographs of wildly different quality, and a designer waiting on a folder that never fills up. Booking a photographer adds weeks to a project that is already late. Starkie Teams collects the whole set in parallel instead, with each person uploading selfies from their phone and getting matching headshots back in about an hour.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

A folder your designer can actually use
The usual delivery is a shared drive containing screenshots, WhatsApp exports and one enormous RAW file. Here the whole company comes down in one archive, split into per-person folders and described by a manifest, so the designer can see at a glance who is present and who is still missing.
Because everyone was generated inside one style, the crops behave predictably in a grid: no retouching to match backgrounds, no fighting to make one portrait sit next to another at the same size.

See it work
From selfies to a finished set, in four moves.
Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Uploading 8 selfies

- 1Send a few selfiesSix to twelve photos from a phone, wherever the person is.
- 2We train a model of themA private model per person, built from those selfies.
- 3The style is already chosenThe backdrop and outfit the organisation set apply to everyone.
- 440 headshots, ready to approveIn about an hour. Approve, download, done.
Collected in parallel, not chased one by one
Whoever runs the project sets the organisation up, fixes the style, and opens it to the company either as named invitations or as one shared link tied to the corporate domain. Everyone works at the same time from their own phone, so the elapsed time is set by the slowest person rather than by a photographer’s calendar.
The people page shows who has uploaded and who has not, automatic reminders go out on their own, and a project manager can send a direct nudge to individuals or to everyone still outstanding.

- Start again for every new hire
With Starkie Teams
- Invite by email, CSV or one link
- Everyone uploads selfies from a phone
- Remote colleagues take part on the same terms
- 40 headshots each in about an hour
- New hires get the same style, whenever they join
And it still works after launch
The failure mode of a redesign is the six months afterwards, when three people join and the beautiful new team page starts collecting mismatched avatars again. Because the style is stored on the organisation, anyone invited later is generated inside it, so the grid stays intact without another round of coordination.
If the brand template is defined, branded profile pictures are produced automatically as well, in two sizes, which is usually what the intranet and chat tool want. Everyone invited later spends one credit, and no new coordination or approval round is needed to bring them in.

As it happens
Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we have the whole set?
Each person’s photos usually arrive within about an hour of them uploading, and everyone works in parallel, so the real constraint is how fast the last few people respond. Reminders exist precisely for that.
What if a few people never upload?
The people page shows exactly who is outstanding, and reminders can be sent automatically or on demand. Credits are only spent when someone actually starts, so a person who never takes part does not consume one.
Can the agency manage it on our behalf?
An organisation can have several admins, so whoever is running the project can be added as one. Admin access can also be routed through your identity provider, with a second factor demanded before anyone reaches the account.
What does it cost for a forty-person company?
Forty people is forty credits, comfortably past the twenty-five threshold, so the project buys at 30% off $39. Bigger companies keep going: a hundred credits and then two hundred and fifty reach the last two reductions.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
