Consultants on client sites take part anyway
The people who most need a current photograph are the ones least likely to be in the office. Because the flow runs entirely from a private link on a phone, a consultant on a six-month engagement in another city consents and uploads between meetings, with no account to create and nothing to install.
An admin sends named invitations, or circulates one link that accepts nobody outside the firm’s domain, then tracks uploads on the people page and prompts whoever is missing.

Governance the client will ask about
Consultancies are used to being asked how supplier tools handle personal data. Every consultant signs off the consent wording themselves before uploading, and which version they signed is stored beside it, so an amended text is put to them again rather than assumed.
Uploaded selfies disappear when the retention period runs out, images open only through links that stop working shortly after they are issued, and any consultant may ask for their record to be erased and gets that in writing. Admin accounts can sit behind the firm’s own OIDC single sign-on, with two-factor authentication demanded of owners and admins.

Frequently asked questions
Can we review photos before a consultant uses them?
Yes. With approval switched on, every finished set waits for an admin, and only approved people appear in the firm ZIP and gallery. A rejection carries a note explaining what to change and grants a free retake.
Can admin access be tied to our identity provider?
An organisation can register its own OIDC single sign-on provider for its domain and require two-factor authentication for owners and admins. Employees taking part in the shoot never sign in at all, so this applies to the people managing the account.
How current will the photographs stay?
A person can be invited again later and generated inside the same stored style, which costs one more credit. That is usually cheaper and faster than re-shooting a whole practice when a handful of profiles have gone stale.
Can we buy credits ahead of a bid cycle?
Yes. The reduction tracks what the account has bought in total, not what one bid needs, so a block bought ahead of the cycle costs less per consultant than buying one at a time: the rungs sit at five, twenty-five, one hundred and two hundred and fifty credits, taking 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% off a $39 list.
