Clients pick an accountant on trust, and most of that judgement happens on a website before anyone speaks. A practice page where the senior partner has a proper portrait and everyone else has a cropped group photo undercuts the message quietly but effectively. Practices also tend to be small, seasonal and busy at exactly the times a photographer would be available. Small practices grow by accretion: a partner, then an associate, then two juniors and an office manager, each photographed whenever somebody remembered. The result is a page where seniority is signalled by image quality rather than by role.

The practice manager sets the organisation up, fixes the backdrops and outfits once, and sends invitations: either a list of addresses, or one shared link that accepts nothing outside the practice’s own domain. Each person agrees to the wording, sends their selfies and is done; the 40 finished photos normally land about an hour afterwards.
Nobody blocks a morning, nobody is photographed on the one day they wore the wrong jacket, and people who work part-time or from home take part on the same terms. Automatic reminders chase whoever has not got round to it.

Frequently asked questions
We are four people. Is it worth it?
There is no minimum, so four is fine. Worth noting that the first reduction arrives at the fifth credit, so a practice that buys one extra for a future hire pays less per head than one buying exactly four.
Can we use the photos on professional register profiles?
The finished photographs are yours to use across the practice website, register profiles, proposals and signatures. Each person selects their preferred frame from the 40 they receive, and the ZIP delivers everything in one download.
What happens to the selfies afterwards?
They are cleared once the retention period expires, and while they exist they can only be read through an expiring signed link. A member of staff who wants theirs gone sooner says so from their own invite link and gets it in writing.
Can the partner check the photos first?
Yes. Turning approval on holds every set for review, and a rejection sends a note plus a free retake. With approval off, each person simply receives their gallery and picks a favourite.
