From invite to finished photos in an afternoon
A founder creates the organisation, picks backdrops and outfits, then either pastes the team’s email addresses or shares a single open link restricted to the company domain in a Slack channel.
Each person agrees to the consent text, sends in a handful of selfies without creating an account or a password, and usually has 40 headshots about an hour later. Reminder emails handle the two people who did not read the channel. For a team of twelve, the whole thing is realistically an afternoon rather than a project.

What a small budget actually buys
One credit per person, $39, with the reduction climbing on lifetime volume: 20% at five credits, 30% at twenty-five, 40% at a hundred, 50% at two hundred and fifty.

Frequently asked questions
We are only five people. Is that too small?
No. There is no minimum group, because nobody is scheduling a session. Five credits is also where the first reduction kicks in, so a team of that size is already paying under list.
Will the photos still look like us?
Each person generates from their own selfies and reviews 40 results before anything is used, choosing the frame they want. If a set misses, an admin can hand out a retry credit; with approval turned on, sending one back does that on its own.
Do we have to re-do everything when we hire?
No. The style is stored on the organisation, so a person invited months later is generated inside it and matches the existing grid. Only the new person spends a credit.
Who can see the photos before we publish them?
Only the person themselves and the organisation’s admins, and only through signed links with a short life. Turning approval on adds an explicit review step before anyone is told their photos are ready.
