Conference organisers ask for a headshot and a bio, usually with a fortnight of notice and a specification nobody reads until the deadline. What they get is whatever the speaker can find: a cropped group shot, a picture from a previous event with someone else’s shoulder in it, or a file too small for the programme. Same day, not same quarter
A speaker invited to submit materials rarely has time to organise a photographer, and the deadline is usually shorter than a studio’s lead time. Here the speaker opens the invitation on a phone, agrees to the wording, sends their selfies and has 40 photos roughly an hour afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
We need it by Friday. Is that realistic?
Usually, yes. The generation itself normally finishes within about an hour of a speaker uploading their selfies, so the deadline depends on when they find five minutes rather than on a studio calendar.
Can one person take part without setting up the whole company?
Yes. An organisation is created once, and you can invite a single speaker and spend a single credit. The style you pick is stored, so the next speaker matches when their turn comes.
Can marketing approve the photo before it is sent out?
With approval on, the set sits in review first, and the organisation’s gallery and archive list only the people an admin has approved. If it is turned down, the speaker is told why and gets another attempt for free.
What does one speaker cost?
One credit, $39. If more colleagues are on programmes this year, buying five credits together already brings the first reduction, and the rest of the block stays on the account for the next event.
