  • 40 headshots per person
  • About an hour from selfies to download
  • Nobody on the team needs an account

Patients choose a clinician from a photograph more often than anyone likes to admit. Booking pages, practice directories and referral pages all lead with a face, and a warm, current, well-lit one lowers the friction of picking a stranger to see about something personal. Clinics are also the hardest workplaces to photograph: rotas, clinical areas and part-time contracts mean there is no hour when everyone is free. Starkie Teams removes the scheduling entirely, generating each clinician from selfies taken on their own phone between appointments.

The result

Everyone, in the same light.

Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Booking pages that make choosing easier

A directory of clinicians is a decision screen. When one photograph is a formal portrait, the next is a badge photo and a third is missing entirely, the patient reads the difference as a difference in seniority or care.

Generating the whole practice inside one style makes the grid comparable: same background, same framing, same light, so the choice comes down to specialism and availability. Each clinician receives 40 frames and selects their own, which matters in a profession where people are particular about how they are presented.

Works around rotas, not against them

Whoever runs the rota sets the organisation up, chooses the style, and lets clinicians in by named email or through a shared link that only the clinic’s own domain can use. The clinician opens it on a phone, agrees to the wording, sends the selfies and is finished in a few minutes, with no account and nothing to install.

Their 40 headshots usually arrive within about an hour. Locums and part-time staff take part on the same terms, and reminder emails follow up with whoever has not uploaded yet, so the manager is not chasing people between clinics.

The difference

A shoot day, or an afternoon.

Booking a photographer

  • Find a date the whole team can make
  • Book a room and a photographer
  • Chase the people who were travelling
  • Wait for retouched files
  • Start again for every new hire

With Starkie Teams

  • Invite by email, CSV or one link
  • Everyone uploads selfies from a phone
  • Remote colleagues take part on the same terms
  • 40 headshots each in about an hour
  • New hires get the same style, whenever they join

Consent handled per person, not by the clinic

Nothing is uploaded until the clinician has read and accepted the consent wording on their own device, and the version they accepted is kept beside it: reword the text and the same person is asked afresh instead of being counted from an old yes. The clinic never collects or stores the source selfies.

Uploads are cleared when the retention period expires, images can only be opened through links that expire, and a clinician who leaves the practice can erase their own record straight from the invitation they were given, receiving the deletion in writing.

As it happens

Every person, at their own pace.

People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep the look clinical rather than corporate?

The organisation chooses its backdrops and outfits before anyone is invited, and that choice applies to everyone generated afterwards. Pick the combination that matches how your clinicians actually present, and every person is produced inside it.

What about staff who join later in the year?

They are invited on arrival and produced from the style the organisation already holds, so they sit alongside colleagues generated months earlier. Only that person spends a credit.

Can a clinician refuse or withdraw?

Yes. Taking part requires them to accept the consent text on their own device, so declining simply means not uploading. Afterwards their record can be wiped from the same invite link, whenever they decide.

How much for a practice of twenty-five?

Twenty-five is exactly the threshold for the second reduction, taking 30% off a $39 list. Below it, the saving starts at 20% once a fifth credit is bought, and larger practices reach 40% and then half.

Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.

Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
