The work an admin actually does
It is worth being concrete, because the fear is usually that this becomes somebody’s project. Creating the organisation and choosing the backdrops and outfits takes one sitting. Inviting the company means pasting a list of email addresses, or sharing a single open link that only accepts addresses on the company domain.

Frequently asked questions
Nobody here has time to manage this. How much attention does it need?
One sitting to set it up and a couple of glances at the people page afterwards. Reminder emails are sent automatically to whoever has not uploaded, so the follow-up that would normally fall to a person happens without one.
Can our accountant handle the purchase?
Prices are quoted and credits are bought by the organisation rather than by each person, so the purchase is one line rather than twenty. Which credits the account holds is visible in the admin app and through the API.
What if we only want photographs of the sales team?
Invite the sales team and nobody else. Credits are spent per invited person who uploads, so a company can start with four people and extend to the rest of the office later without redoing anything or losing the look.
Is our data used to train anything?
Each person’s uploads serve the generation of their own portraits and are deleted once their retention window closes.
