London teams photographed without booking a studio
London teams work three days in and two out, across two or three offices. One shared style, taken on phones, keeps the directory looking deliberate.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
London made hybrid working normal faster than most cities, and it broke company photography in the process. Three days in the office are rarely the same three days for everybody, floors are shared with other companies, and a studio booking in the centre costs a morning of everybody’s time before it costs anything else. Starkie Teams gives an organisation one agreed style and lets each person produce their own portraits from a phone, so a directory of two hundred people can be brought up to date without a single room booking.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Three days in, two days out, never the same three
The scheduling arithmetic is what defeats a conventional shoot. With a hybrid rota, the probability that a given department is complete on a given day is low, and the people missing are exactly the senior ones whose portraits are needed most.
Taking attendance out of the equation solves it: a colleague on their office day and a colleague at their kitchen table go through the same three screens and produce indistinguishable results, because the treatment is decided by the organisation rather than by the room they were standing in.

From selfies to a finished set, in four moves.
Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Rolling out to a few hundred people
At larger headcounts the interesting question is administration rather than photography. Members can be created and invited in batches through the JSON API, up to fifty at a time, and listed back filtered by status with a cursor for paging, so an internal tool can drive the rollout from the existing staff record.
Six signed webhook events report progress as it happens, including invitations, uploads, photographs becoming ready, approvals and deletions. What the people page shows by eye, the API exposes to a script.

As it happens
Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Controls the IT team will ask about
Access to the admin side can be put behind the organisation’s own identity provider through OIDC single sign-on, one provider to an organisation and one organisation to a domain. Time-based two-factor authentication is available for owners and admins, the people who can actually see galleries and downloads.
Employees are outside all of this by design: they never hold an account, and their access is the unguessable link they were invited with. Every stored image is read through a signed URL that expires quickly rather than from a public address.
Your selfies are used to generate your headshots and deleted at the end of the retention period.
From a phone
A few selfies in, a headshot out.
Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a studio in London?
No, and that is the design rather than a limitation. Nobody travels, nothing is booked, and the people who would normally be excluded from a shoot, those abroad, on leave or based at a client, are included on identical terms.
Can our HR system pull the pictures automatically?
With a scoped API key it can fetch a member’s images or their branded profile picture on demand, and a webhook can tell it the moment a set is ready or has been approved. Signatures are HMAC based and the developer documentation includes a verification snippet.
We have offices in two other countries. Same organisation?
Usually yes, since one organisation is what guarantees one look and one balance of credits across the group. The interface is published in English and Italian, and colleagues elsewhere take part through the same link on their own phone.
What does two hundred and fifty people cost?
That is the threshold where the deepest band opens and half comes off the $39 per person list price. Between one hundred and two hundred and forty-nine the reduction is 40%. Since bands follow the account total over time, an organisation that expects to reach that size can plan its purchases accordingly.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
