Naples teams photographed without anyone travelling
Offices across the metropolitan area, clients elsewhere, hiring in bursts. Naples teams get one consistent set of headshots without anyone travelling.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
A Naples company is often more spread out than its address suggests: an office in the city, a second one out towards the ring road, developers or consultants working at clients in the north, and a group that has been fully remote since the day it was hired. The organisation exists as a shared drive and a chat tool rather than as a floor. Because Starkie Teams runs entirely through invitation links and phones, that arrangement stops being an obstacle to having a decent set of photographs and becomes irrelevant to it.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Distance stops being a cost
The expensive part of a conventional shoot is rarely the photographer: it is the working time of everyone who has to stop, travel, wait their turn and travel back. Multiply that by a team split between three locations and it becomes a day the company cannot really spare.
Removing the gathering removes the whole line item. Each colleague spends a few minutes on their phone, from home or from a client’s meeting room, and the organisation ends up with the same result it would have had from a studio day without buying the day back afterwards.

From selfies to a finished set, in four moves.
Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Hiring in bursts, photographed continuously
Service companies here often grow in jumps: six people in a month, then nobody for a quarter. A shoot booked for the first group leaves the second group looking like guests on their own website.
Invitations here are sent whenever a contract starts, the setting they are generated from does not move, and one credit is spent per person as they go. An admin watching the people page can see who is invited, who has uploaded, whose photographs are ready and who still needs a reminder, without keeping a separate list anywhere.

As it happens
Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Each person owns their own upload
People are reasonably careful about handing photographs of themselves to an employer, and the flow is built so that they never have to. The consent text is read and accepted by the individual, the acceptance is recorded against the exact version they saw, and a new version means being asked again instead of being carried along on the old one.
Uploads do not outlive their retention window. From the private page inside their invitation, a person can delete everything of their own and receives a written record of the deletion.

24 invitedFrom a phone
A few selfies in, a headshot out.
Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Our team has never been in the same room. Will the photographs still match?
They will, because the match comes from the shared style rather than from a shared location. Backgrounds, framing and light are decided at the level of the organisation and applied to every member, so the finished page looks composed even though it was made in twelve different rooms.
Can a remote colleague abroad take part?
Yes. The invitation is a link and the product is published in Italian and English, so a colleague working from another country goes through exactly the same steps. Nothing depends on where the phone is.
Who can download the whole set?
Owners and admins of the organisation, from the admin app, which requires a signed-in account with that role. Employees themselves never sign in: they reach only their own gallery, through the link they were invited with.
How much does a team of twenty-five spend?
Twenty-five credits are the exact point where the second band opens, taking 30% off the $39 list price per person. Below that, five credits already earn 20%. The calculator on this page shows both the unit price and the total.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
