The obstacle is the diary, not the camera

Agencies, consultancies and professional firms in the city usually want to see a photograph before a client sees it. Approval can be switched on from the organisation settings: each finished set waits in a review queue, the delivery email is held, and an admin releases it only after opening the gallery.
Turning a set down attaches a note about what to change and gives that person another go at no extra cost, which is normally about a backdrop or a jacket rather than about the person. Frequently asked questions
Do we have to go to a studio in Milan?
No, and there is no studio to go to. Everything happens on each person’s own phone: they open their invitation, accept the consent text, upload a handful of selfies and wait. Nobody blocks out a morning, nobody crosses the city at rush hour, and the company does not rent a room with a white wall in it.
Half our people commute in from outside the city. Does that matter?
Only in the sense that it stops mattering. Somebody travelling in from Monza, from Varese or from further out joins on the same terms as the colleague at the next desk, because taking part means opening a link rather than reaching an address. The finished photographs line up either way.
How quickly can the website be updated?
A person’s forty images are ready about an hour after they upload, as a rule, so the limit is how soon colleagues get round to it and not how long generation takes. Automatic reminders chase anyone who has not uploaded, and an admin can prod a single name or the whole outstanding list. Two weeks is a comfortable plan.
What does a forty-person Milan office pay?
