Turin headshots for people who are not at a desk
Turin teams get one consistent set of headshots from their own phones, including colleagues who have no desk, laptop or company account.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
Engineering and manufacturing companies around Turin carry a shape that most photography services quietly assume away: a headquarters full of screens, a production site on the other side of the ring road, technicians at customer plants, and shifts that do not overlap. Any plan that starts with everybody in the same corridor on the same morning is already lost. Starkie Teams starts somewhere else. One style is fixed for the organisation, every person is invited individually, and the portraits are produced from selfies on a personal phone in whatever half hour that person has.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

No account, no laptop, no software
A large share of the people in an industrial organisation never sign in to anything at work. They have a badge and a phone, and that is the whole toolkit.
The employee side of this product was built for exactly that situation: the invitation link opens on a phone browser, the consent text is read and accepted there, the selfies are chosen from the camera roll, and the finished gallery appears at the same address. There is no password to create, no application to download and no account to remember. An admin who needs to reach someone again resends the link.

From selfies to a finished set, in four moves.
Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

Shifts, secondments and the people who are never in
Automatic reminder emails do the chasing that an office manager would otherwise do by hand, and a pause is available on one name or on the entire organisation when the timing is wrong. Explicit nudges are still available on demand: an admin reminds one named colleague, or every invited person who has not uploaded yet, from the people page.
That combination is what gets a set finished when a third of the team is on a night shift or at a customer site in Germany for a fortnight, because nobody has to be present at a moment that a photographer chose.

As it happens
Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

The picture that ends up in every internal system
In a company with several sites, the portrait matters most internally: the ticketing tool, the visitor badge, the plant directory, the video calls where nobody has met in person.
Where a brand template exists (colour, crop shape, ring, badge and logo), each eligible portrait also yields a branded profile picture, in two sizes, and editing that template later rebuilds them across the organisation from the same source photographs. The JSON API and signed webhooks let an internal system pull a colleague’s finished pictures as soon as they exist.

From a phone
A few selfies in, a headshot out.
Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Several colleagues have no company email address. How are they invited?
An admin invites people by whatever address the company holds for them, one at a time or as a pasted list, and each invitation is its own private link. The alternative open link is restricted to the organisation’s own domain, so it suits colleagues who do have a company address and can be circulated in a single message.
Can we photograph the head office first and the plant later?
Yes, and the second group still matches the first. The style is stored on the organisation, not attached to a batch, so a colleague invited in November is generated from the same setting as a colleague who finished in March. Credits sit on the account and are spent one person at a time, so there is no minimum group size.
What if someone sends in bad selfies?
An admin can hand that person a retry, either from the people page or over the API, and they walk back through the upload step without a further credit being spent. With review switched on, rejecting a set does the same thing automatically and carries a note about what to send instead.
Does anyone at head office see the raw selfies?
Each person uploads through their own private link, after accepting a consent text on their own screen, so the company never handles the source images or stores them on its own systems. Those uploads go when their retention window ends, and every read of anything is served through a short-lived signed URL.
