Madrid teams selling across Spain and beyond
Madrid sales teams live on the road and on video calls. Give every rep a headshot in the company style without pulling anyone back to the office.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
Commercial organisations based in Madrid frequently cover far more ground than the city: regional accounts across the peninsula, an early start for colleagues serving Latin America, and a calendar built around customer meetings rather than office hours. The portrait matters more here than in most functions, because a buyer often meets it before they meet the person. Getting one for everybody has to cost the team nothing, which is the constraint this product is built around: an invitation, a phone and about an hour.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

The photograph that arrives before the meeting
A proposal, a signature block, a professional profile, a calendar invitation: the customer forms an impression from a thumbnail long before the first call. When one person on the team has a considered portrait and the next has a cropped photograph from a wedding, the difference is read as a difference in seriousness rather than in photography.
Generating everybody from one style removes that unevenness across the whole commercial organisation, and each person still chooses which of the forty frames represents them.

From selfies to a finished set, in four moves.
Nothing here needs a studio, a camera or a calendar. The whole thing runs from a phone and a browser.

One link for a team that is never in
Rather than tracking down thirty addresses, an admin can create one open invitation link that only accepts people whose email sits on the company domain, and put it in the message the team already reads. Everyone who follows it becomes a member with their own private page, consents there and uploads when they have a moment between visits.
Automatic reminders handle the follow-up, and an admin can prompt anyone still outstanding without composing a message. Nobody has to be back at a desk, and the people who never come in are no longer the ones missing from the site.

Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

A second attempt without a second charge
People who spend their working life in front of customers tend to have opinions about their own photograph, and it is better to accommodate that than to argue about it.
When an organisation checks sets before delivery, turning one down attaches a note and opens a free retake, which draws on the retry instead of a second credit. Without that check, the same retry is issued by an admin from the admin app or over the API. Either way, a second attempt is not a second purchase.

From a phone
A few selfies in, a headshot out.
Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Can somebody take part from a hotel room?
Yes. What the upload step needs is decent daylight, a background without much going on and a few angles, none of which requires being at home or in an office. The finished portraits do not carry the room they were taken in, because the backdrop comes from the organisation style.
How do we stop the link from being shared outside the company?
The open link only accepts addresses on the domains the organisation allows, so passing it to somebody outside achieves nothing. Where that is still too loose, individual email invitations give each person their own link instead.
Our team is spread across several time zones. Does anything have to be scheduled?
Nothing at all. There is no session, no queue and no appointment, so a colleague working from Bogotá or from Bilbao starts whenever it suits them and gets their photographs back on the same terms, usually within about an hour.
What if the team doubles next year?
New colleagues are invited as they arrive and generated from the style already saved, so nothing has to be redone for the people who are already photographed. Buying more credits also moves the account into a deeper discount band, since the bands are calculated on the total bought over the account’s life.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
