One look for a Bologna company with sites everywhere
A Bologna company with five small sites can still have one set of matching headshots. Everyone takes part from their phone, wherever the site is.
From $39 per person, volume discounts from 5 people.

- 40 headshots per person
- About an hour from selfies to download
- Nobody on the team needs an account
Companies around Bologna often grow sideways rather than upwards: a workshop here, a design office there, a commercial team in a converted farmhouse forty minutes away, plus the people who spend most of the year at trade fairs. There is rarely a single building large enough to hold everybody, and never a week when everybody would be in it. Starkie Teams treats that as normal. The organisation decides once how its photographs should look, and each colleague produces theirs from a phone, in whichever of the sites they happen to work.

The result
Everyone, in the same light.
Choose a backdrop and an outfit once. Every person who joins is generated inside that style, so the team page finally looks like one team rather than a collage of whoever had a photo.

Five sites, one visual standard
Where photography happens site by site, each site quietly invents its own convention: a meeting room wall in one, a window in another, somebody’s good camera in a third. Two years later the catalogue, the website and the fair stand disagree about what the company looks like.
Setting backdrops and outfits at the level of the organisation removes that drift at the source, because the choice is applied to every member generated afterwards rather than negotiated locally. A person in the smallest office receives the same treatment as the commercial director, and the two portraits can sit side by side on a single page.

Ready before the next fair, not after it
Trade fair season sets the deadlines for a lot of Emilian companies: a catalogue closes, a stand design goes to print, a press pack is assembled, and somebody asks for a photograph of every person on the sales team by Friday.
Because each colleague can finish their part in a few minutes and gets forty finished frames usually within about an hour, the schedule stops depending on a photographer’s availability and starts depending only on how quickly people answer email. Reminders take care of the ones who do not, and an admin can see at a glance who is still missing.

Open your gallery to pick the one that goes on the site.

Every person, at their own pace.
People upload when it suits them. The organiser watches the set fill up and approves sets as they come in; nobody waits for a studio slot.

Wiring it into the systems you already run
An organisation can mint scoped API keys and drive the whole thing from its own software: create and invite people, list them, fetch the pictures of one colleague or their branded version, send a reminder, grant a retry, or create an open invite link.
Signed webhooks announce the events worth reacting to: an invitation, an upload, a finished set, an approval, a deletion, and a re-render of the branded pictures after a template change. A company that keeps its staff list in one internal system can therefore keep the portraits in step without anyone re-typing a name.

From a phone
A few selfies in, a headshot out.
Each person sends a handful of selfies from wherever they are. It takes about five minutes on a phone, with no studio to book and no photographer to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Do all our sites need to be in the same organisation?
Keeping them together is what produces a single look, and it also concentrates the credit volume, which is where the discount bands come from. Sites that need separate downloads or separate admins can be split, but then each one carries its own style and its own balance.
How do photographs reach our marketing agency?
As one archive: a folder for each person and a manifest describing the contents, downloaded by an admin and handed over in a single file. There is no gallery link to share around, because delivery is deliberately private and every read is signed and short-lived.
Can the sales team go first and production follow?
That is the usual pattern. Invitations are sent in whatever order suits the calendar, and the people invited later are generated from the setting already stored, so the second wave is indistinguishable from the first. Nothing expires in between.
Is there a minimum number of people?
No. One credit covers one person at $39, and buying more simply moves the account into a better band: a fifth of a discount arrives at five credits, and the next steps land on twenty-five credits, then one hundred, then two hundred and fifty. A company of eight is a perfectly ordinary customer.
Give the whole team the same headshot, without the shoot day.
Free to set up: you only pay when you buy credits. There is no subscription, and you don't need a card to start.
