Questions teams ask first
Does everyone on the team need an account?
No. You create the organisation; each person receives a link, accepts the consent text and uploads selfies from a phone. Only the admins sign in.
How consistent are the headshots across people?
The backdrop and outfit are chosen once for the organisation and applied to every person who joins, so the crop, lighting and background match across the team.
What does it cost?
One credit per person, 39 $US at list price. Volume discounts start at 5 credits and stack as you buy more. There is no subscription.
Can we review photos before they are published?
Yes. Switch approval on and every finished set is held until an admin releases it. A rejected set comes with a short reason and a free retry for that person.
What happens to the selfies?
They are used to generate that person’s headshots and erased at the end of the retention period. Photos open only through signed links that expire, and the Data Processing Agreement sets it out in writing.
